Treatment #5

Gah.

So the Monday after Mexico apt was pushed back a week.

I was paranoid about my tan and didn't want the laser to burn me. I rescheduled for a Friday.

I ended up getting super sick and had to cancel that appointment.

So today was the rescheduled {for the third time} day.

I used numbing cream, 5 ibuprofen, and 2 anti-anxiety herbs.

The last 2 times I have had appointments its been on the day that the monthy prize has been due to arrive. {I am so smart} and extra sensitive.

Today didnt go too bad infact I didnt clench like crazy. small sucess for me.

Treatment #4...

Last Wednesday was treatment #4

Obviously I didn't get to blog about it that day. Here are the updates:

I was actually suppose to have #4 done 4 weeks ago, but it was scheduled for the Monday after I got home from my honeymoon so needless to say it was forgotten about. Because of that I noticed an increase in hair growth in all areas (still not even close to where it was before)

Due to the pain last appointment I was nervous. I used the numbing cream took 6 ibuprofen and an anti-anxiety herbal supplement.

It wasnt too bad. I was actually abel to relax and take deep breaths. My next appointment is scheduled for 4 weeks out due to the skipped appointment. So it looks like I will be back in the hot seat 3 days after I get home from Mexico. Pray pray pray I use enough sunscreen. :)

Until then,

Treatment #3...

Whew... I am so glad I am done with that for another 6 weeks.

Numbing cream defiantly helps... But it still doesn't feel nice, not nice at all.

I have decided I need to learn how to breathe deep and relax instead of holding my breath and clenching through pain.

I tried to keep telling myself... its permanent... it will be worth it... and it helped. You can power through anything for 15 mins.
